Free: the first 20 rows of each conversion, whole payouts only. A free download never splits a Stripe payout's pair of lines.
What to expect
- Only pounds are converted. Rows in another currency, and anything pending, disputed or not understood, go into a separate exceptions.csv with the reason, so nothing is silently dropped.
- Refunds are set aside in exceptions.csv for you to enter by hand, while we check how each package books an imported refund.
- For Stripe, every payout is checked against the rows it was made of. When the rows do not add up to the total Stripe states, no file is offered until that is understood.
- Import into a test or copy company first and look at the result. Nothing on this page is tax, accounting or legal advice.
